How it works

How does it work?

Upload a product photo, pick a character, background, and pose from our library, then hit Generate. Our AI creates a professional product photo and delivers it to your dashboard in under a minute.

What kind of products work best?

Wearable items — shirts, dresses, jackets, trousers, knitwear, bags, jewellery. Anything that can be realistically placed on or near a model. Clear, well-lit product photos give the best results.

Can I use the photos commercially?

Yes. You own every image generated from your account. Use them on your Shopify store, social media, ads — wherever you need them.

What happens if a generation fails?

Your credit is restored automatically. No action needed. If you think a credit was deducted incorrectly, contact us at support@aestify.io and we will sort it out.

How is this different from a real photoshoot?

A real photoshoot costs hundreds per look, takes days to schedule, and weeks to deliver. Aestify gives you a finished product photo in under a minute for a fraction of the cost. No studio, no photographer, no model booking.

Credits & billing

What's a credit?

Credits are the currency for generating photos. A single photo costs 10 credits, a 3-pose photoshoot costs 30 credits. Credits come with your monthly plan. You can also buy add-on credit packs that never expire.

Do credits expire?

Subscription credits reset each billing cycle — unused ones do not roll over. Add-on credit packs purchased separately never expire and carry forward indefinitely.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter is good if you have a small catalogue and want to test the waters. Pro gives you more credits for growing stores. Studio is for teams or merchants managing multiple brands. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

Who processes my payment?

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you’re charged, it will appear as “Aestify” or “Stripe” on your statement. For payment support, email support@aestify.io.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. Your unused credits remain in your account. If you have trouble, email support@aestify.io and we’ll sort it within 1 business day.

Privacy & safety

Can I upload a photo of myself or someone else as the model?

No. You only upload your product — a photo of the item you want to shoot. The models in our shoots come from Aestify’s own character library, which consists of original digital characters we own and license. No real person’s face is ever used without their explicit consent.

Are the characters in Aestify real people?

No. Every character in our library is an original digital creation owned or licensed by Aestify. They are not based on any real, identifiable person. We don’t do face swaps, deepfakes, or likeness replication.

What happens if I try to upload a photo of a person?

Our platform only accepts product images \u2014 photos of clothing and items. Uploading photos of people violates our Terms of Service and will result in account suspension. If you're unsure what counts as a product image, check our Upload Rules.

Does my customer know the photo was made with AI?

Not unless you tell them. The output is a standard image file — there is no watermark or metadata that flags it as AI-generated. How you disclose is up to you.
