What you can and cannot upload.

Our character library handles the model side. You never need to upload a person — just your product.

The rules

8 things to get right before you hit generate.

1. 1

   Use a clean background.

   White or solid colour. Busy backgrounds confuse the AI and produce messy results.

2. 2

   Good lighting matters.

   No harsh shadows falling on the product itself. Even, natural light works best.

3. 3

   Show the full product.

   No cropping. The AI needs to see every edge to recreate it accurately.

4. 4

   One product per photo.

   Multi-item shots create confusion. Upload each product separately.

5. 5

   Minimum 800x800px resolution.

   Low-res inputs produce low-res outputs. Higher resolution always wins.

6. 6

   No watermarks, logos, or text overlays.

   Anything on top of the product will appear in the final image.

7. 7

   The product must be the main subject.

   Not a lifestyle photo. Not a wide shot where the product is small in frame.

8. 8

   No mannequins or people.

   Upload just the product. We add the model for you.
