Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the standards of conduct expected from all users of the Aestify platform. By using Aestify, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Prohibited Content

You must not use Aestify to generate or distribute any of the following:

• Adult or sexually explicit content — nudity, pornography, or sexual imagery of any kind.
• Counterfeit goods — imagery that mimics or promotes counterfeit, knockoff, or trademark-infringing products.
• Illegal products or services — content promoting drugs, weapons, or any product whose sale is prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.
• Misleading imagery — deceptive product representations intended to mislead consumers about the nature, quality, or origin of a product.
• Harmful or hateful content — imagery that is discriminatory, threatening, or intended to harass any individual or group.
• Minor-sexualising content — any content that sexualises or endangers minors.

Prohibited Actions

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Automated scraping or bulk generation — using scripts, bots, or automated tools to generate images at scale in a manner that circumvents our platform controls.
• Reselling platform access — providing access to Aestify’s AI generation capabilities to third parties as a white-label or resold service without written authorisation.
• Account sharing — sharing your login credentials with third parties. Each account is for a single user or business entity.
• Circumventing technical controls — attempting to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or any other technical safeguards implemented by Aestify.
• Reverse engineering — attempting to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer our AI models, prompts, or proprietary systems.
• Interfering with the service — actions that could damage, overload, or impair the availability of Aestify for other users.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may take the following actions:

• Warning — a formal notice for minor or first-time violations.
• Suspension — temporary restriction of account access pending investigation.
• Termination — permanent closure of the account for serious or repeated violations, with no refund of remaining credits.
• Legal action — referral to law enforcement or legal proceedings where required by law or to protect our rights.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of Aestify that violates this policy, please report it to us at support@aestify.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of Aestify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
