Refund Policy

1. No refunds after service start

At checkout, you explicitly consent to Aestify starting the service immediately and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m). Once the service has commenced — that is, once your purchase is complete — no money refunds are issued. This applies to subscriptions and credit bundle purchases.

2. Credits refunded on technical failure

If a generation fails due to an Aestify-side technical error, any credits deducted are refunded automatically to your account. This is a credit refund, not a money refund. Credit refunds are visible in your dashboard within minutes.

3. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via Settings → Subscription — one click, no questions. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Monthly credits expire at period end. Credit bundle credits (non-subscription) persist on your account and never expire while your account is active.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are not pro-rated. No partial refunds for unused months. Access continues until the end of the annual term.

5. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

6. Credit bundles

Credit bundles are delivered immediately and are non-refundable. Bundle credits never expire while your account is active.

7. Disputes

Contact support@aestify.io first. We respond within 3 business days. We assess technical failure cases. If an issue with our service caused the problem, we resolve it via credit refund.

8. Goodwill refunds

Aestify may grant goodwill refunds at our discretion. This is not a right and does not set a precedent. Contact support@aestify.io.
