Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when purchasing an Aestify subscription. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All payments are processed by Stripe. For questions about a charge, email support@aestify.io.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and access continues until that date. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.
Credits — Used
Credits that have been consumed to produce AI-generated images are non-refundable. Each generation represents computational resources that cannot be recovered once used.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails, the credit is restored to your account automatically. No action is needed on your part.
No Partial Refunds
We do not issue partial refunds for the current billing period. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Credits — Unused (14-Day Guarantee)
If you have not made any generations since purchasing your current plan, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of the charge date. This applies to first-time purchases and renewals, provided no credits have been used during that billing period.
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
- No generations may have been made since the charge.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Only one refund per customer account is permitted under this guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@aestify.io with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your Aestify account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- Your Stripe receipt or invoice number (found in your payment receipt email).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
